PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE A NO RETURN, NO REFUND POLICY
However, in certain circumstances, we will allow returns, e.g., when we have sent the incorrect stock, or the stock was misprinted or damaged.
We will not accept returns of stock which was incorrectly ordered, as it is the client’s duty to ensure the correct stock is ordered.
Should you need to return stock because of damage, misprint, or if we sent incorrect stock, please follow the instructions below:

- Please attach the original invoice/order as proof of purchase. NOTE: This request must be sent within 5 days after the date of the invoice.
- Please send pictures of the damage or misprint as proof to admin@amaniyah.co.za or WhatsApp 079 092 0519.
- Please do not return any item/s purchases until the request is approved via email.
If your request for a return is approved, we will send instructions to you pertaining to the return procedure.
Once we have received the items, unused, and in the same good condition as it was sent, and in the original packaging, we will either exchange them or issue a credit.
If we accept items to be returned, a 10% handling fee will be charged and deducted from the credit issued.
Additional non-returnable items include Gift cards and downloadable software products.
No returns / or refunds on Sale or end-of-range items.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.
